BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Steep 1-2 tsp. with 8 oz hot water (approx 200-212°) for 8-10 minutes. Strain. Add sweetener & choice of milk if desired. Let cool a few minutes before consuming. 
***TIP: Be sure and use an infuser that allows expansion ie don’t overfill. If using a tea bag, be sure to leave some room.
