Tucked into dresser drawers, linen closets and hope chests for generations, lavender sachets are one of those simple, old-fashioned traditions worth keeping around. Long before plug-ins and synthetic air fresheners, dried lavender was used to naturally scent linens, clothing and the quiet little corners of home.

Ours begin right here in the lavender fields at Shelti Farms.

Each 4 x 6" sachet is made from natural fiber fabric with delicate lavender embroidery and filled with organic lavender buds, hand-harvested from our fields. Nothing complicated—just real lavender, grown, gathered and tucked into a beautiful little pouch.

Lavender sachets offer a soft, natural fragrance without sprays, oils, electricity or an open flame. Lavender has also long been associated with creating a calm, restful atmosphere, making these especially lovely near the bed or tucked among linens.

One of our favorite things about real dried lavender is that there's still plenty of fragrance tucked inside those little buds. Every so often, give your sachet a good squeeze to gently crush the buds and release a fresh burst of their natural fragrance.

If it needs a little more waking up, place the sachet somewhere warm or in the sunshine for a bit. The warmth helps release the lavender's naturally aromatic oils and brings that beautiful fragrance back to life.
